Here we are talking about real, authentic Spanish gastronomy. And what could be better than learning from gastronomy professionals in the original version?
Do you have a low level of Spanish? Don’t worry, at CLIC IH we also take care of your language training. For today’s menu we have:

- Main dish: Tapas and wines (theoretical and practical)

The Escuela Superior de Hostelería of Seville
The Escuela Superior de Hostelería de Sevilla is a high-level training center in Hospitality and Tourism with one objective: Achieving excellence and training future leaders in the sector. A Business School founded in 1993 and belonging to the prestigious Lezama Group, a benchmark at the national level.
It is considered one of the best Hospitality Schools in the world, and this is confirmed by the three prizes awarded by Eurhodip, the entity that brings together the main schools and universities in the sector. It has been chosen “Best European School of the Year” in 2000, 2005 and 2017, has the “Ibero-American Award for Educational Excellence” awarded by the Ibero-American Council of Universities and is the headquarters of AEHOS, the Association of Spanish Hospitality Schools.
What does the Spanish Language, Culture and Gastronomy Course: Tapas and Wines include?
- Spanish classes and class material (40 sessions of 50 minutes)
- Lunches at the Escuela Superior de Hostelería of Seville from Monday to Friday
- Tour of Seville and visit of one of the main monuments of the city
- Theoretical and practical gastronomy course at the Escuela Superior de Hostelería of Seville (32 hours)
- Raw material of the gastronomy course (food, wines)
- Leisure activities on both Saturdays with transport
- Lunch on both Saturdays
- Health insurance
A minimum A2 level is required in order to take full advantage of the course. Still, you can always start with some Spanish classes before you start the course. Check with us and we will organize it for you!
