Once you’ve passed B1, you can say that you’re really on the way to having a firm handle on the English language. You will have lost your anxiety of interacting in day-to-day situations, conversations on the street, basic reading and email correspondence. Then comes B2, and when that is completed, you will have overcome your fear of English. You’ll even realize that you’re ready to do a job interview in English. Tackling B2 means you’re ready to dive deep, and it’s time to really expand and polish your English. This is an excellent time to start considering formalizing your English with a B1 or B2 certificate from Trinity or Cambridge.
Who will be your teacher, and how can they help you?
Firstly, your teacher will be English-speaking. At the B1 and B2 levels, one of the most important aspects of learning is motivation, which is where your teacher will play a decisive role. Your instructor will know not only how to teach, but also how to detect your strengths, your weaknesses, and the areas you’re most nervous about. An intermediate-level teacher will work with you to maintain your interest in the language and to show you the personal benefits that you can reap as you improve. Of course, your instructor will teach, but they will also guide you to find materials and resources that will motivate you to keep practicing and using English.
Who will your classmates be?
The B1 and B2 levels are decisive in your development, so they should never happen in a mixed-level class. B1 English has content and objectives that are quite distinct from those at the B2 level. For this reason, it is important to do an English level test so that we can carefully assess each student’s level, neither deflating nor inflating their true level. We have an experience that you can trust! Even if a student insists that we bump them up to the level beyond where they should be, we cannot put them into a B2 level class unless they have completed and passed B1. Even still, are you in a hurry? In that case, we would suggest an accelerated intensive course. It is important not to skip levels because students who do so often end up worse off and confused. So, the first thing to do is your level test. It is free and doesn’t require a commitment. When you get your results, it’s important to use them to make a good decision for your progress. Schedule it here.
Intensive or Extensive? Which course should I choose?
Once we’ve done your English level test, we’ll find the right intensive or extensive English course for you. The choice is ultimately yours, and depends on your availability and whether or not you are in a hurry to learn. At CLIC, we offer intensive courses each trimester, and extensive courses that begin in October and conclude in June.

What our students say
A very good and modern school with excellent facilities and teachers. A success that we all had the same level so we were moving at a great pace. I studied in France for 3 months and this has been the step I needed to strengthen my level of French.Matias Sánchez
I have loved the course, not only for the way of giving classes, but for their patience and good humor when it comes to teaching. I will continue next year without a doubt. Merci CLICK!Raquel Gómez
