Two historical buildings including ten stylishly furnished and fully-equipped apartments and eight studios in Seville’s center (about a ten minute walk from our school). The historic houses in Santa Ana have been completely renovated and modernized. We have preserved all architectural elements from the original buildings (patios, marble columns, ceramic tiles, floor tiles, ceilings, etc.) and blended them with the contemporary style of the furniture.

The apartments are bright and tastefully furnished. The communal roof terrace and patios offer a pleasant environment for relaxing outdoors. The apartments are situated on a pedestrian street next to The Alameda de Hercules, which is a large promenade for outdoor leisure with many cafes, bars, and restaurants, making it one of the most popular night life spots in the city. Many of the historic houses around the Alameda have been renovated so as to return them to their previous splendor.

What our guests say

“The best language school to learn Spanish. The friendly staff and excellent teachers will make your stay enjoyable. There are all different types of accommodation to meet your needs. The cultural programme has a wide variety of activities to keep you busy and entertained all the time. It’s my third year and I’m already planning for the next one. To sum it up, an ideal place to learn, meet people and have fun!”

“If it’s International House, it’s good, and if that is in Seville, twice as good. Why? Because the quality of its teachers and methodology. The proposed cultural activities that contribute to the knowledge of cultural aspects complement and complete the purely linguistic learning. The location contributes a lot, because there are many things to do in and near the city. It’s my 5th year coming and I hope there will be many more to come. Thanks CLIC, I miss you already.”
