Why Malaga?
Malaga is the perfect city for young adults. It combines the safety of a small city centre with the vibrant life of a big one. The city has it all: sun, sea and beaches. You can learn Spanish in a laid-back and fun environment with a great cultural offer. During the course, you will gain more confidence in yourself and in the Spanish language. At CLIC IH Malaga, we will make sure you will enjoy your time in Malaga at the fullest and have an exceptional and memorable language experience.
How many hours of class are there?
Our students receive 20 lessons per week and each class is 50 mins long.
When do classes take place?
Classes take place in the morning from 9:15 to 13:00. They take place early in the day so our teenagers have plenty of time in the afternoons and evenings to take part in the activities organised by our Cultural Programme.
What are the accommodation options in Malaga?
The program offers two options of accommodation; students can either choose to stay with one of our carefully selected host families situated within close range of the school, or in the Young Adults Summer Residence in the heart of the city centre.
Both accommodation options provide them with the perfect opportunity to make new friends from all over the world, enjoy their time in Malaga and improve their Spanish. Although students booked on this Spanish language course do not have curfews, our monitors are at hand to keep an eye on them in the Summer Residence and to check daily class attendance.
How do we determine the Spanish level of our Young adults?
Before classes start, we’ll need to make sure the student is at the right level. To do this, we send a link to an online Spanish test before the course starts. This can be completed from home. Then, before they arrive here in Malaga, they’ll have a friendly interview with one of our Spanish teachers to assess not only their Spanish level but also their objectives for studying with us and their interests. All this helps us make a course that really matches their expectations and yours!
