About the Spanish Course
Malaga is a cosmopolitan, coastal city with great music, art, culture and gastronomy and a fun and safe nightlife. Additionally, if you choose to study here, you are ideally located to get out and explore the whole of the region using the high-speed train links, motorways or even the international airport.

Yes, all our Spanish Intensive Courses start every Monday throughout the year and are available for Spanish levels A2 up to advanced. If you are an absolute beginner, we offer start dates every two weeks, but please check with our staff for specific dates.
That depends on how long you want to stay with us and how much time you want to dedicate to the course. Often students who choose to stay for one or two weeks will pack in as many classes as possible with an intensive timetable, whereas those students who are here for a few months select a more chilled out rhythm. But, it really depends on you!
Our classes tend to be between 6 and 10 students. Enough to have fun but not too many for each student to have plenty of attention from their teacher.
The maximum number of students in the Intensive 20 course is 10 people.
The maximum number of students in the 5 or 10 extra classes is 6 participants.
Yes! We offer a great weekly activity programme that changes every week. Some activities are free, such as the orientation walk every Monday for new students, pronunciation classes, and workshops on culture or literature. You can check our weekly activity programme here
All our classes normally take place in the morning, from 9:15 to 13h (with a break of 25 min). How many hours you select will determine when you finish: 20 classes, 25 classes, and 30 classes. Our classes tend to take place in the morning so that you can make the most of our fabulous Cultural Program in the afternoons and evenings. From guided tours to museum visits, wine tasting, flamenco shows and much more. Lessons may be in the afternoon during periods of high occupancy.How many students will be in my class?

At the end of your course, you will receive a CLIC certificate stating your attendance and successful completion of a Spanish course at the level you enrolled in. You can also request a report detailing your different language competencies. If you would like an official certificate, you can add the SIELE exam at the end of your course. This exam certifies your level of Spanish in speaking, listening, writing, and reading skills, and is accredited by the Instituto Cervantes.
Absolutely! You can customise your Spanish course to fit your goals and interests. Our Intensive Course is the most popular choice, and you can enhance it with exciting add-ons, such as private lessons to reinforce what you’ve learned, preparation for official exams like DELE or SIELE, or even combine your Spanish learning with sports and activities such as Field Hockey. Plus, we offer many more options to create a truly personalised experience that makes learning Spanish both effective and fun!
Before you arrive, you’ll need to take a level test. To do this, you’ll be sent a link to an online Spanish test. After that, you will also receive an email with a link to make an appointment for an oral interview with one of the Directors of Studies or teachers. This will allow us to place you in the perfect class to achieve your objectives.
Our intensive Spanish courses are based on textbooks from the publisher Difusión for levels A1 to B2. For level C1, we use the Vitamina textbook from the publisher SGEL, along with our own supplementary materials used by our teachers. You can see the course content by level and language skills here
Once you’ve enrolled and paid in full, we will send you a Letter of Acceptance with your personal details to include in your visa application.

We use materials from Editorial Difusión, and the main textbooks are Aula Plus 1-6. In addition, we have a rich bank of supplementary learning materials.
Books are not included in the price of the course. They’re approximately €30 per level.
