8th – 16th November – Sevilla Festival de Cine Europeo
A veritable feast for film-lovers, the Sevilla Festival de Cine Europeo also provides Spanish students with a valuable chance for to practice their listening skills. Film categories include everything from contemporary new wave offerings to selections from Andalusian film-makers.
22nd November – Rosendo

The Sala Custom on Calle Metalurgia is playing host to Rosendo – a hugely popular Spanish rock singer and songwriter. As a key component of the groups Leño and Ñu, Rosendo has helped establish the so-called urban rock scene in Spain, making for an electric and unforgettable concert.
Festival internacional de Jazz

The festival internacional de Jazz is held in Seville in early November, though the dates vary every year. This lively festival is in fact so popular with jazz lovers, that it is held in both Seville and Granada, and is immensely popular in both cities, with locals and tourists alike. For those who are looking for an electric atmosphere, good music and plenty to see and do, this festival will definitely tick all of the boxes.
Christmas festivities

Many of the people in Seville are religious, meaning they are very interested in celebrating Christmas, throughout the city you will find an array of beautiful Christmas lights which twinkle above the streets, spreading festive cheer.
However, if you are in Seville over the festive season, not only are there great parades to watch, but there is also the religious event of La Inmaculada Concepcion, which is held in Seville on the 8th of December. In this event, a group of minstrels walk around the streets playing music, especially in the Plaza del Triunfo and Santa Cruz areas.
The Mercado de Artesanía Navideño de Sevilla

The Mercado de Artesanía Navideño de Sevilla is a charming traditional Christmas market, which offers a wealth of unique and wonderful items, perfect for giving family and friends as a great Christmas gift.
