General Conditions:
You can either fill in the on-line form on our web page or complete the PDF enrolment form and send it by post or fax to clic ih. Please take into account start dates per level and for public holidays, please see starting dates. There are no classes on public holidays. Classes missed cannot be recuperated with the exception of private lessons.
After contacting you, on receipt of your deposit we will reserve your course and accommodation.
By return post, fax or e-mail you will receive confirmation of your course and outstanding fees as well as detailed information for your journey and stay. Approximately 10 days before the course starts and once full payment has been received, clic ih will send you the accommodation address (if requested) and a map of the city.
Last minute enrolments: students who enrol fewer than 20 days prior to the course starting date are required to pay all fees upon enrolment.
Payment: Please note payments are only accepted in euro € and must be received by CLIC IH 20 days prior to the course starting date. The following options are available:
a) Bank transfer (all charges to be paid by the student) to either one of our accounts in:
1) Caixabank, C/ Tetuán , 41001 Sevilla.

Please add 15 € to cover bank charges. Any excess amount will be refunded when the money arrives. All bank fees have to be paid by the student.
Please state your name, destination (Sevilla/Cádiz/Málaga), type and date of course on all transfer forms.
b) By credit card. CLIC will send you a link for secure card payment.
Enrolment cancellations:
a) With a minimum of 20 days advance notice, the Centre will reimburse a student full payment less the deposit which will be valid for another course starting during the same year.
b) If notice is given with less than 20 days, then the student will be required to pay two weeks of standard course and accommodation.
c) Students who start but do not finish their programme will not be reimbursed any course fees.
d) Accommodation can be cancelled with a minimum of two weeks advance notice. The school will reimburse the outstanding amount that has not been used, less 20% administration charges.
Course Cancellation policy
All published courses will take place. In case of only 1 or two participants per level, the number of lessons will be reduced as specified in the price list.
Cancellations & Postponement Policy (Temporary Policy due to Covid-19 Government Directive)
Current Students (Students who started their courses on or before 16th March)
•For course weeks affected by the Government Directive School Closure students can change to life online-classes or request a course voucher.
•The course voucher will allow students return anytime within a 18-month period and rebook those weeks.
• Accommodation can be cancelled subject to one week cancellation charge.
Postponements: Courses that have not started yet (Temporary Policy due to Covid-19 Government Directive)
All booking postponements (course, accommodation and transfer) made with at least 8 working days’ notice will be facilitated with no charges. As standard, course and accommodation are subject to availability for new preferred dates.
Cancellations: Courses that have not started yet (Temporary Policy due to Covid-19 Government Directive)
•All cancellations made with at least 8 working days’ notice (course, accommodation and transfer will be subject to a full refund).
•Notice of cancellation must be provided in writing and applies from the date it is received by Clic.
•If you cancel your course and/or accommodation later than 8 days before the arrival date a full refund is due subject to a €200 cancellation charge.
•The school will process the refund within 15 working days of receiving written cancellation notice.
This is a Temporary Policy change to our General Terms & Conditions in response to the Government Directive. We will publish a notification on our website when General Terms & Conditions come back into force.
