You have ample places to go try out your Spanish from the bustling market, to bars and restaurants. And if you need to relax, there are some of the most beautiful beaches in Spain right on your doorstep. You could even learn to surf as you study!

At CLIC Cadiz we offer a brand new school with modern facilities, a team who will help you get the most from your time and a cultural programme that will ensure you get out, explore and enjoy your experience.

What is DELE?

DELE (Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera) is the official Spanish certificate developed by the Spanish Ministry of Education and Culture in collaboration with the Cervantes Institute. It is recognised all over the world and has 5 different levels to choose from: A2, B1, B2, C1, and C2.

How is the DELE exam structured?

All 5 levels of exam have the same format which is divided into 4 parts:

  1. Reading
  2. Writing
  3. Listening
  4. Speaking

The duration of each part of the exam varies based on the level and your teacher will familiarise you with the timescales involved. Normally the whole exam is done in one day, however, if there are a large number of candidates the 4 parts may be split across 2 different days.
To find out more, have a look at some sample papers here: https://examenes.cervantes.es/es/dele/preparar-prueba

Which part do people find the most difficult?

That depends on you! But you don’t need to worry as your teacher will be able to help you solve any issues you have!

Can I take the DELE exam without doing the DELE exam course?

Yes, you can. It’s not necessary to be enrolled as a student at CLIC International House Cadiz to do the test. We are an accredited DELE examination centre, meaning you can reserve the DELE exam for any available level and date right at our reception desk at school, even if you’re not enrolled in one of our DELE exam courses.

CLIC Sevilla is a wonderful language school. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This summer was the second time I took Spanish classes there. Both times were very enjoyable and productive. As a bonus, they have a very nice building.

Super Lernambiete. Sehr gutes, alltagsbezogenes Lernkonzept.
